Colchester - 30E

In February 1950 Colchester had sub-sheds at Braintree, Clacton, Kelvedon, Maldon and Walton-on-Naze.

The sub shed at Kelvedon was closed from 6 May 1951.

Colchester closed on 2 November 1959, but was still used for stabling some locomotives.
The sub-sheds at Clacton and Walton-on-Naze became sub-sheds to Parkeston, 30F.

The allocation is available in two formats:
Firstly in an "Ongoing Allocations" format lists the locomotives allocated on an approximately six monthly basis.
Secondly in an "Allocation Summary" fomat that shows how many locomotives were allocated in a class by class basis.
