1 Private Companies may exercise their special powers but close as soon as they do so.
They may not be purchased by Corporations or traded between players.
2 Train Limits are shown for 10-Share/5-Share Corporations.
3 Trains may be brought from other corporations once the first 6H has been brought.
4a Etat Corporation may form.
4b Add one to the Train Limit for the Etat if in play.
5 New Corporations floated are now fully funded (100% capitalisation).
6 Private Companies are closed.
7a SNCF Corporation may form.
7b Add one to the Train Limit for the SNCF if in play.
8 Special power tokens are removed.
